Building upon the success of the Gigabyte AI PC unveiled earlier this year at CES 2024, the AI TOP platform is set to drive advancements in generative AI, forming the second pillar of Gigabyte’s strategic framework.
The comprehensive Gigabyte AI TOP solution comprises three key components: the AI TOP Utility, AI TOP Hardware, and AI TOP Tutor. The AI TOP Utility, featuring a user-friendly interface, supports large language models of up to 236 billion parameters while prioritizing privacy and security.
Meanwhile, the AI TOP Hardware offers enhanced flexibility and upgradability compared to conventional cloud-based training solutions, making it suitable for standard electrical systems without additional construction costs. Additionally, the AI TOP Tutor provides users with expert consultation, intuitive setup guidance, and technical support, catering to both beginners and seasoned professionals embarking on local AI training projects.
Highlighting the event were various Gigabyte products integrated into the AI TOP Hardware lineup, including motherboards, graphics cards, SSDs, and power supply units. Notably, the unveiling of the Radeon PRO W7900 AI TOP 48G and Radeon PRO W7800 32G showcased Gigabyte’s collaboration with AMD for its Radeon PRO series, establishing Gigabyte as one of the most demanded professional graphics card partners in the market.
During his address at the launch event, Eddie Lin emphasized Gigabyte’s commitment to quality and reliability, which has solidified partnerships with leading silicon giants in driving AI advancements.
