Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has vowed to take revenge on Israel after an alleged Israeli airstrike on Iran’s consulate in Syria’s Damascus killed several Iranian Commanders. The regional general of the Quds force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps was also killed. Iran-backed Hezbollah has also threatened to launch a wave of attacks on Israel. Meanwhile, the United States has said that it did not know about Israel’s intentions.
