Valsad, Gujarat

The latest figures from the counting centre shows the BJP’s Dhaval Patel leading over the Congress’s Anant Patel by over 2.10 lakh votes.

Ranchi, Jharkhand

The BJP is leading in the Jharkhand capital, where Sanjay Seth has secured a lead of about 60,000 votes against the Congress’s Yashashwini Sahay, the daughter of former Union minister Subodh Kant Sahay.

Mandi, Himachal Pradesh

Actor-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut, the BJP nominee, has secured a lead of over 62,000 votes against the Congress’s Vikramaditya Singh, the son of former Himachal Pradesh CM Virbhadra Singh and outgoing parliamentarian Pratibha Singh.

East Delhi

Harsh Malhotra of the BJP is leading with over 22,000 votes against Kuldeep Kumar of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the East Delhi constituency, as per the latest figures put out by the Election Commission.

Faridabad, Haryana

Kishan Pal of the BJP has secured a sizable lead against the Congress’s Mahender Pratap Singh by over 91,000 votes at Faridabad seat in Haryana, where the BJP is facing a tough challenge. The BJP had won all 10 Lok Sabha seats from Haryana in 2019. This time around, the Congress is leading in five constituencies, while the BJP is ahead only at five other seats.
